GHOST was founded in March of 2001 and have continued our search into the paranormal. The members of GHOSTS consists of individuals willing to dedicate their time into researching the paranormal. They have shown
dedication, hard work and determination into finding the answers while also keeping an open-mind.   We base our findings off of hard evidence we collect during the investigations. In March 2006, GHOST was asked to join the
SPIES family. We continue to work together on helping individuals find answers.

Read carefully before submitting request.

This form is for home & business owners who may feel they have a haunting and who would like for GHOST to come out and investigate their location.   By answering the questions on this form and submitting it back to us, it will help GHOST determine the details and severity of the haunting taking place.  This pre-qualifying form will also help us to determine which investigations need our attention first and which ones we feel like we will be able to help out the best.

GHOST continuously stays busy conducting investigations and since we do not charge for our investigations, we dedicate a lot of our time and effort into helping the general public.  GHOST does try to honor all investigation requests, however, if at any time GHOST is unable to conduct an investigation request due to busy scheduling, we do have trusted associates that we can also refer, which may be able to conduct an investigation of the location with scheduling times that are more suitable for the home or business owner.  If you do not prefer another associate team to conduct the investigation for you, GHOST will try to work out a schedule to get your investigation done as quickly as possible in conjunction with both your schedule and ours.

GHOST respects the rights and privacy of each individual that we help so this application will be kept confidential and used only for the sole purpose of review for the investigative location. 

Please know that when GHOST arrives at your location, we will have your pre-qualifying form printed out which will have our signature at the bottom of it and we will then ask for your signature at the bottom of it as well.  We will also have the same form printed out for you so you will also have a copy.

Please note: Upon doing an investigation GHOST takes pride in respecting private property and in no way will your personal belongings be compromised.  We give each client utmost respect and will do our best to provide professional standards at all times.  Please be aware that if there is any kind of mishap,  ie; broken or missing property, damage to the location, etc. GHOST will not be held liable and we will not hold the client liable.  We of course hope that no mishap should happen, however if by chance it does and we are at fault, we give our word that we will do everything in our power to correct the situation and resolve the issue in an acceptable fashion that is beneficial to both parties.
